A FREE community event was held last Friday afternoon to mark Collie Public Library’s 50th birthday.
Snakes and lizards, Lego building and face painting were a big hit with children.
A sausage sizzle and plenty of party food kept people fed and the library history display was also popular.
The event concluded with the cutting of a three-tier birthday cake.
